Car Paint Company

I want to start a car company,Could i run it this way?

If i started a car company and could i get people for copyrights? So if Bob buys a car,Changes the tires and paint. Could i sue bob for copyright infringement? Apple is acting like this when people customize there iPhone. Could a company do this?

1. You could enter into a contract by which your customers agree not to mess with the cars. Is that what you are asking? The color of a car is not subject to copyright, although computer code can be copyrighted. If you are asking some other question, try again.
2. No, however if you sold a car, then the buyer reprogrammed the software in the car to allow the RPMs to have no limit, or changed the engine out to a different manufacturer, you would not have to honor any warranty you had on the car. Apple isn't suing people for jailbreaking their iphone, they just may not honor the warranty.
