Is there anything that takes out gas spillage marks from auto paint?

I just bought a used car and there is a streak from where you fill the tank. It seems like the gas made marks on the paint. I have tried detailers and waxes and nothing helps. Do you have any suggestions? THANKS!!!

1. the gasoline actually burns the clearcoat, you will need to actually polish and buff the area, a good body shop can take care of it for you, or you can buy a fine grit car polish from a paint supply store, and buff it out yourself, polishing will actually take the top layer of clearcoat off the car, and smooth it all together.
