How do you get car window paint specks of of your car paint?

So my friends painted on my car with bad window paint and now i have rainbow specks on my white car, and i have tried everything to get them off. One speck takes me like four minutes to scrape it off. Any easier ways? It is all stuck on my windows.

1. Try a high pressure washer. These are great for getting lots of stuff off of many different things....
2. Buy some goofoff use on a rag it will wipe off like dirt.You can get it at any paint store you can also use paint thinner as long as you do it rite away.
3. gasoline will take them off.
4. Hi, If I read this question right if the paint is on the glass use a Stanley Blade.
